Some celebrations deserve more than a hired sound system and a few tables. Blue Hat Events plans and produces private functions for adults: milestone 40th, 50th and 60th birthdays, anniversaries, company owners' celebrations and staff parties. You get the same team trusted by corporate clients like Vodacom, FNB and MTN: venue sourcing, theming, staging, sound and lighting, entertainment and a coordinator on the night, so you host and enjoy it rather than manage it.
We work best with functions of 60 guests or more where you want the whole evening taken care of. Popular formats include themed evenings (80s, Roaring 20s and more), gala dinners in a stretch tent or marquee, live-band and DJ dance parties, and karaoke or bingo nights with a professional host. Every function is quoted individually, with every item listed, once we know your date, venue, guest count and budget.
